3:27 who else is aware that we had Jim Crow segregation in the north up until World War 2? Most people think of Jim Crow segregation as being unique to the south, but it’s not what a mindfuck right? That's right everyone should stick to their own.

I appreciate his courage to speak his mind, but I just can't jam with his argument. Bluebirds and robins and cardinals and what not hang out with their own kind because they are different SPECIES of birds, not because they simply have different cultures. They are all birds, but genetically they are very different, and in most cases they could not successfully mate even if they wanted to. Black people and white people are NOT different species of humans; they are the exact same species whose visual differences are due to variation within a kind. I have to agree with Parkinson here, that it is society that has forced a cultural segregation between us, not some inherent biological or genetic difference. Sure, I can accept that people naturally *tend* to choose mates who look more like themselves, but it is not by any means a hard and fast rule, and the amount of successful interracial relationships in western society in the decades since this interview aired does disservice to Ali's argument.

Near 50 years later and liberalism is still up to the same old tricks.

Funny, old Mo Ali ended up marrying two mixed race women, and his daughter married a wytte man, and he has wytte grandkids. Even funnier, he met his 4th wife when she was aged 6, but he had a bit more restraint than prophet mo and didn't marry her immediately.

As a non stereotypical, suburban, and republican leaning black male, it is hard to connect with women in my race oftentimes. I tend to date outside my culture because of my upbringing and I grew up around different races, but I respect Ali and his opinion. Not everyone has to date interracially. It’s good reasoning even if you disagree. Many whites and other races see us on tv and think that all black people are the same. I can’t even blame them for thinking that way, but it is up to us as black people to change the narrative.

As a white British person myself Ali is 1000% right what he says and why would a women want to produce mixed raced children and slowly diminish your own race people.
